Believe it or not, he actually chose to become an electrician, before which he was a civil engineer.
What else do you do?
Hmmmmm…… We do dock power, electrical health and safety, consultation, managed building and association maintenance, repair and replacement, holiday lighting power, gate entry…. The list goes on…. We once helped the maintenance supervisor of a good customer, to find pans for his new induction oven, we actually managed to get him a heavy discount at the same time.
Do you really rate your customers, and why would you want to do that?

Yes, we do rate our customers.

Companies such as Uber & Airbnb have been rating their customer internally for a while now, and they have seen an incredible positive change in the employee-customer interaction and relationship, it doesn’t solve 100% of the issues, but the change has been dramatic, and the reason why? Accountability, telling others about bad behavior makes people sit up straight and do the right thing, otherwise they won’t be able to use their services again, and many customers take enormous pride in their shiny 5 stare rating!

We are a member of the Hindsight Rated Community, Hindsight Rated allows the same accountability ratings as the Uber and Airbnb internal rating system, but all registered businesses can see the customer score, read reviews, and rate customers, helping to build a true customer score….. For great customers, this means better service, preferential treatment, and better workmen at your door.
